Alex Jones from Info Wars (known for his gun rant on CNN) enters DBZ and takes on mass murderer Garlic Jr. (aka Bill Gates). Basically you could take anything this guy says on the radio and use video from DBZ and it'd fit perfectly. He's so over dramatic and argues with himself in silly voices.
