Ok so I know these aren't Dragon ball related but if someone could shrink these down while keeping the gif animation that would be lovely! They're already 245x245 so a shrink down would solve everything, I tried myself but it lost the animation...Please help!

Love for this to be gifed...or a clearer version. I have the programs, but I'd need help on how to gif and make avatars myself since I don't really know how to.
