When did they say anything like that? I don't recall them ever saying anything for or against including the extras.

The specials really aren't considered extras as they're apart of the series, I'm not talking about the TV Commercial/Movie ad extras here.

I'm very sure we'll see the 2 specials on the last box or the movie box
Technically, all they've said is that they have licensed the 291 Z episodes and the Z movies. It doesn't mean they don't have the TV specials or extras, but they haven't mentioned them.

Now Rightstuf! went from having none in stock... to having 1 in stock... What the heck? Is FUNimation only sending out shipments of 1 or what?

If this is going out of print, then maybe it's a random case like FUNimation randomly discontinuing the Coola Double Feature?

I'm also starting to worry.. I ordered Dragonbox 2 from Axelmusic on the 1st of september, at that time the availability said 0-3 working days.. Since that day I've had about five updates stating '' still on backorder with the supplier'' . Today, after 20 days I finally got another update: ''Still on backorder with the supplier, we will try to find other suppliers that might have this item in stock '' It sucks pretty bad because I also ordered volume 3 days after volume 2 and they already shipped that one last week..

Let's pray to god this box is not discontinued

Wow. This is freaking ridiculous.

http://www.amazon.com/Dragon-Ball-Box-T ... 082&sr=8-4

Says they have 5 new and 1 used. Seems low in number anyway.

Chances are they found one that they didn't realize they had.

Those 6 are only available from 3rd parties. Amazon themselves is sold out.

Dragon Box 2 has once again disappeared from Rightstuf!'s listing (typing Dragon Box now only shows boxes 1, 3 and 4)...

When things are normally just out of stock, don't they say "More Arriving Soon!"?

And my Axelmusic order status is still '' on backorder, we will try to find other suppliers ''. Why the heck would it take over 25 days?

I know that people are saying that their not limited because Box 1 is still in stock, but those episodes are drastically more popular than the inbetween Namek stuff. The 2nd box would be the first to go.

Just last night, the listing was still up, but it was said to be sold out. Bizarre.

I'm kinda surprised FUNimation hasn't stepped up and given an explanation here. Has anyone tried to contact them?

Directly? No. I did ask @AnimeToday on Twitter (who 'fixed the problem' the first time by tossing up eleven more of Volume Two) but so far I have asked again what the issue is.

The 2nd volume of Dragon box is still my favorite, the Namek saga is really awesome.

I'm glad I pre-ordered DBox 2. I'd kinda be pissed if I was a fan and just found out about these things but I couldn't get the second box. Especially for me, since I love watching Goku treat the Ginyu Special Force like they're nothing.

EDIT: Guys, I think we have a problem.

I mean, you're pretty open about looking at cartoon porn. Why would you do that? It's fiction. The proportions of these women are not possible to reach in reality.

No longer available for purchase? Hoo, boy. BUY YOUR DRAGON BOX 2's NOW!

I guess this confirms the boxes being a limited item. Sucks for everyone who planned to buy them later.

But Funimation gave no hints to this being a limited item..... if it were, you'd think they'd say something, because that really makes people buy things up fast.

This is making no sense.

I'm just thankful I already have mine.

If it says "No longer available for purchase" and not "Out of stock-more coming!", then they're probably not making it anymore. I do think it's rather odd that FUNi wouldn't tell anybody this. Screaming limited edition would make more people want it.

I'm glad I'm grabbing each box around the time they come out. Seems these'll also end up being somewhat like collector's items if that's how things are going to be.
