OK, I'm not 100% sure where something like this should go, so please excuse me if it's in the wrong board.
I recently (a few months ago) bought my first DBZ cel, and it came with this yellow-ish 'timesheet'. My question what exactly is it and is it rare for a cel to come with one? Because I hardly ever see any listings online mentioning that the cel comes with a timesheet.
