Did the madman set have this? I know Rock the Dragon's missing it because I believe this episode was cut at some point in the shows original run

I'm not sure if it's on the Madman set, but on Youtube someone recently uploaded all the Saban episodes (recorded from Cartoon Network), and it's not present on Episode 9.

I can only assume one was never made for it, since the episode didn't get broadcast during the original syndication run due to complaints from the FCC or something.

The Madman DVD single does include the NEP.
