How to get the transcribed subtitles for the Funimation dub?

How to get the transcribed subtitles for the Funimation dub?

I want to get the English transcribed subtitles of the Funimation dub, whether it is Dragonball, DBZ, GT, movies, or Kai. Is there a release that has subtitles that are a transcription of the Funimation dub? Instead of what the subtitles normally are which is an accurate translation of the Japanese dub.

So is there a DVD or Bluray release that would have subtitles like that?

If I remember correctly, the singles DVD's had dubtitles on them. They are the ones that had like 3 episodes on a DVD.

So it looks like there was never a completed home release with dubtitles.
