On Dragon Ball (yes, the original one) Episode 42, at the end Dr. Flappe was thinking something. I couldn't understand what he said because of his accent. Can someone tell me what he was thinking.

In the original Japanese version, he apologizes to Hatchan (in his head) for placing the bomb inside of him.
In FUNimation's dub, he thinks to himself that he wishes he had the courage to tell "Eighter" that he planted the bomb, but he had no choice, as he was threatened by Murasaki and the Red Ribbon Army.
