Interesting, the 3 major ones here seem to be the Kamehameha, Instantanous Movement, and flying. All great abilities to be sure, but I would rather have:

-Puer's Change Form.
It's just damn cool, being able to take any form and size you want, that would come in handy and be great for playing pranks

-Kaioken Attack
As long as I don't accidently kill myself in the process, it would be great to get that extra boost at exactly the right time.

-Regeneration
I don't know whether that actually counts as a 'skill', but the ability to re-grow an entire limb (or body) would probably come in handy sooner or later.

1) Bukuujutsu: Flying would be fun!
2) Shunkan Idou: I'm too scrawny and weak to get far with the flying. Teleportation would really save on gas money.

Does anyone else find it a bit funny that Goku's teleportation move has so many names? According to Viz, it's called Teleportation, according to the Ocean dub it's Instant Translocation, according to Funi. it's Instant Transmission.

Only 3? Damn. But I want Super Saiyan 1, Bukujutsu, Kikoha, AND Saiyan Regeneration!! That's 4 techniques!

1) SSJ to be cool+get a power up (screw kaioken! It all but kills you+there must be a reason why Goku never uses it after he learns SSJ), and to possibly learn how to reach other levels of SSJ (6 possible techniques in 1! BWAHA!).

2) Bukujutsu to fly. Everybody wants to fly, every hero NEEDS to know how to fly. Except Batman.

3) Kikoha because it's your generic ki blast and leads to the development of original techniques as you learn to manipulate the Kikoha (infinite techniques! BWAHAHAHAHA!)

4) Saiyan Regeneration because of how it works and because I'll eventually become strong enough to never get a cold again.

No one said anything about the Time Freeze attack. Thats is one I would want. I agree with the fly there would be no need for a car

I don't think the Super Saiyan transformation counts, because you have to be a Saiyan to use it...
