Regardless of whether she was replaced before dying, or keeping going til the day she died, I'm sure she wouldn't want dragonball to end and that she would want a new Goku to take over.
Hopefully there's someone she's already been vetting as a possible replacement. Choosing her own heir would be fitting.
Would it be a better idea to replace Nozawa before she passes away?
