Did Toriyama predict Covid/Coronavirus with Goku's heart virus?

Did Toriyama predict Covid/Coronavirus with Goku's heart virus?

In the beginning of the Cell arc Goku gets a heart virus and in Trunks timeline he dies from it since there's no cure. Apparently it attacks the heart muscles and Goku could not survive. However in Trunks time about 15-17+ years later the world has a cure for it.

This is all eerily similar now to how Coronavirus has affected the world. I'm going through the early Cell saga right now and all I can think about is Goku having COVID. He gasps for breath as he fights 19, gets weaker and weaker, and is soon completely bedridden and cannot move at all. Toriyama must be nostradamus.

Is it a co-incidence that feels very timely? Sure.

Is it something Toriyama PREDICTED? No, that's not what that word even means.

It's actually interesting how Goku seems to be the only one who ever died of that virus.
