Hallo, dieses ist Payne Sprechen! Ich wunderte mich...wo kann ich der Dragonball Manga in Deutsch erhalten? Danke!

Hey, this is Payne speaking! I was wondering...where can I get the Dragonball manga in German? Thanks!

That's OK. They arn't on Amazon Deutschland, which really sucks...maybe I'll check the English and Deutsch EBay...

Yes! I love EBay Deutschland!! Here is one for volumes 1-42 all in German! (This one only ships to Germany, but others are international!)

They are on Amazon.de, you just have to search for "Dragon Ball" instead of "Dragonball". But they are quite expensive at 5 Euro per manga. Ebay will be cheaper ^^

If you can wait, I'll check some other German online shops. But ebay.de is a very good idea.^^

BTW: The German translation sucks. Even Viz' version is better, although there are no edits in the German version.

I think the translation is ok, sometimes it's quite strange, but sometimes it's also funny. But why do you want to read it in German anyway?

Hey, stop knocking on ViZ! :x I really like some of the covers that were used in your version of the manga. Like Volume 34 for an example, they used ch.206's title page to start off the whole manga, that's pretty cool.

Cause I'm in German at school and want to pratice my reading skills...with something entertaining!!

EDIT:
But at Mitsuwa Chicago I got Vol. 27 Dragonball Kanzenban, Weekly Jump 2 (Newest out), and Shonen Gangan!

I have nothing against Viz. I think the version is pretty good. Most of their translations are much better than in the German Manga from Carlsen Comics. But then there are things like "Djinn Buu" and the edits. ^.-

@Payne222: Check out www.bol.de . It's like amazon.de but as far as I know they'll ship to the US.
