I think Super Buu would need to be around 10-12% to deal with SS3 Goku, where as 3% would be in SS2 Goku's range.

In order to get advantage I think Evil Boo would need 70%. 3% is something Goku can use kaioken x20 to take him over.

Oh true, I misread the question and thought it said strongest that could beat Vegetto. Welp. From personal bias and inference from Goku saying the unbelievable in another dimension blah blah about SSG and me thinking SSG > SSJ3 Vegetto, it'd take up to Omega Shenron to beat Beerus.

I see no reason for that. Even if SSJ Gotenks is 5 times stronger than SSJ3 Goku (which is a huge difference), SSJ3 Gotenks would only be 20 times stronger than SSJ3 Goku, as Super Buu is roughly as strong as SSJ3 Gotenks. But there's no reason for SSJ Gotenks to be that much stronger than Goku.

I use 4x and 5x for SSJ 2 and 3, which is why the gaps end up bigger. I don't have SSJ Gotenks pre that much stronger than Goku.

3-Star Evil Dragon can freeze him, but there is no way to know if Beerus can break free.

I give it to Future 17. He should be >= Android arc SSJ Vegeta, who was >= Android arc SSJ Goku, who was ~ Android 13.

I think Vegeta would demolish this Cell. Cell at full-power would be a different story, though.

Well if Beerus is a 10 and SSJ God Goku is a 6 then it's probably safe to say that Beerus is at least twice as strong as SSJ3 Vegito.

For simplicities sake let's say Beerus was twice as strong as SSJ3 Vegito from Z. Who would that match him up against from GT? Omega Shenron?
