Why didn't Gohan use the Mystic form ?
Does any of you guys know why didn't Gohan use the Mystic form in the new movie ?

He used it in the 13th movie, thought it was portrayed as a temporary transformation rather than a permanent one, like in the original series.

As you can see he was using the SSJ instead of the Mystic form .

maby he is mystic but turned ssj to add more power to it

He can't not use his Ultimate state. It pretty much replaced his old base form. It's just that it's like GT where he can turn SSJ ontop of it for some inexplicable reason.

The weird tint to his hair reminds me of the recolor they did for Goku fighting the Ginyu Force in Hell? Maybe Toei didn't like the fan discussion about Gohan appearing as SSj, and they did an emergency repaint job making his hair black?

I hope that the movie tells us that while the look was permanent the power up was temporary or Bills or Whis cause him to lose it. I just never liked that power up, just seemed to easy.
