I find this a somewhat strange question: it's effectively "could this thing happen if they write it to happen?"

I mean, sure...? They could write anything. They could do anything. I'm not really grasping what kind of special "in-universe" element there is to this that warrants it being in this sub-section, and overall it seems more of a "shower thought" than anything that could prompt further discussion.

You're certainly able to ask these sorts of questions, but between this one and some of the others you have posted, I would just caution you that maybe there's not a whole lot to actually say here, and to not expect much back.
