How Many times did Frieza Power up back on namek?

Basically how many times did he have to get a little serious against The Z fighters.

- His transformation into his 2nd form, just about doubling his power completely.
- When he got back up after getting knocked down by Gohan. How much he increased his power by isn't listed but it was enough to now overpower Gohan.
- Another power up in his 2nd form while battling Piccolo. This one didn't even have Freeza flaring up an aura or yelling but he definitely did become stronger as Krillin & Vegeta were crapping their pants over the fact that Freeza had only-then gotten "serious".

That sounds right to me. Freeza just kept powering up over and over again without end. It seemed like his power was limitless at the time. What a beast.

But even with a 100% he couldn't touch Goku SSJ. He was not only defeated by a sayan but also humiliated when Goku saved him.
