Hey, three out of those four or five situations, he was with busty, well-toned women; two of those three women were naked. If that's hate, then... well, that's hate. xD

It's a doujin game. "激ドキッ!!100億カウパーの女戦士たち" (Gekidoki!! Hyaku-oku Kaupaa no Onna Senshi Tachi, "Mega-Throb!! 10 Billion Cowper Women Warriors," obviously a play on the movie 5 name.) The main site for the game seems to be down for some reason.

Well, considering Cowper (from the Cowper's Gland, named after the man who first detailed it--William Cowper) is Japanese shorthand/slang for pre-ejaculate, then the distinction that this game has something to with shooting your enemies with more than just ki-blasts is glaringly apparent. (Also, their main site is wall to wall porn. Lawl.)

It looks nothing like any footage or trailer from any other Dragonball video game, and that was my first clue. Not to mention the lack of advertaisments for the producers (ie. Toei, Bandai, Shueisha). I was pretty sure that this was a fan creation from the start.

Not to mention that the video's tags on it's original page are:
