OK, the deal with that is that sometimes a substudio will have their hands full with an episode, and one of the other substudios will have to come in and fill in some of the gaps. It happens every so often throughout the series, and the odd part is that if memory serves me correctly, only the studio whose job it was in the first place is mentioned in the ending credits.
BGM forever! If only more people paid attention to it... well, I intend to change that.
That's what I've noticed as well. When Studio Live tries, they can come up with some really nice stuff. Also, if I'm not mistaken, that style resides within certain scenes in Movie 7.kuchi wrote:Another instance of this "two-styles in one episode" appears with some of the Studio Live stuff as well. These two caps are from the same episode:
I haven't noticed this from any of the other studios besides this and the aforementioned one.
I don't know if it's a matter of the studio "trying"; like kenisu3000 said, it may be another studio filling in the gaps (however, it's still fishy because the non-Studio Live style doesn't seem to correspond with those of any of the other studios).Snail wrote:That's what I've noticed as well. Also, if you look at some of the early Namek Saga episodes done by Studio Live, the "second style" does NOT appear. I flipped through the episodes and I think the first time this mix of the two styles happens in ep. 61 ("Password is Porunga"). Feel free to verify this; this is just my opinion of what I watched. However, after this point it seems that the two styles appear consistently with each other until the end of the series.
