What if Piccolo fused with Kami before the Android battle?

Kamiccolo, SS Vegeta, SS Trunks, Tien Vs. 17 and 18.

17 mentions 18 can't handle everyone, so strength in numbers may work here. 16 sits out the battle due to Goku not being present.

I think the main deciding factor is if the others can figure out how to work around Vegeta, because you know he ain't cooperating. If they let him pick a fight with either Seventeen or Eighteen, and then gang up on the other one, I think they have a decent shot of victory.

I like to think that Candy Vegetto is substantially more powerful than Super Vegetto due to not only being much more difficult to actually fight against but also due to having all that power concentrated over a much smaller volume (higher power density) only offset by a seeming lack of Ki attacks (although unfortunately Candy Vegetto never lasted long enough to see if that is possible).

Also what name do you think Fat Gotenks would have? I would go with Gonks personally.
