Well from that thread I found this one where you can zoom in and see every person on the poster clearly enough.

Its been up for a while but its not very good quality print. It is the No, 24 so if there was a 1000 count then this definitely isn't a real one. Its also pretty faded looking from the picture. I would rather scan the daizenshuu and touch it up and have that printed on a 98x68 than have anyone else buy those ones(he has multiple copies) for that price.

What does it say on the bottom right does it say No. 24? Or a different number

The colours also seem to be off in comparison to the scan dprez gave the link to.
