Windows Movie Maker Question

Post by Big Momma » Sat Jan 06, 2007 3:34 pm

I actually have 2 questions

1) Is there any way to used footage from DVDs in the program, or do I have to upload the entire thing into my CPU and/or download the episodes?

2.) I am having trouble uploading music, can someone help me?

1) Most DVD's are copy protected so yea, you will have to rip the footage from your DVD's to your hard-drive and then import it into Windows Movie Maker. Here's something to get you started. I know it's a long read, but it's worth it.

2) Do you mean importing audio into Windows Movie Maker? If that's the case, all you have to do is go to 'File>Import into Collections' and select your audio file. After that, just add it to the timeline.

Thanks, I'll give it a look through.

Thanks(again!) That's what I meant. I just thought that there was a special button to just add audio.(Like a button to add video clips, and a button to add audio.)
