I think this dub is just for Toonami in certain areas of Asia. No word on a dub for the US yet as far as I know.

I'd guess so. There have been a few dubs similar to this for the Dragon Ball Series. I believe it's called the Big Green dub/Malaysian dub. The voice acting was laughable, but I suppose that nowadays the dub would have better production/acting (i'd hope).
