I wouldn't compare Super to One Punch Man. It's not even a contest. One Punch Man is better than Dragon Ball Super in pretty much everything. Excluding animation and choreography where OPM is clearly superior, it's better with humour, characters, soundtrack, arguably stories, pretty much everything. After seeing the manga and webcomic before the anime, I'm completely satisfied. Super is one big disappointment after another for me at least. I get a chuckle or two maybe, and that's about it. Super added to an arc that I think was plenty fine already, and at least did improve on a poor arc story wise which still ain't worth putting in the Dragon Ball memoirs.

Forget Kuririn. Champa is on the advert. I wonder if this means he'll be showing up again (manga's subplot?), or if they are just prepping for the 24th.

The summary is the typical "Goku and Freeza fight, yadda yadda" but it seems Champa will appear before Beers and Whis before they go to Earth.

Yeah, it's strange because episode 28 is the one with the title referencing his appearance, right? That's 4 episodes from now, don't know what they'll do with him this week but maybe they can tie it up with the Kaioushins.

Three episodes of Freeza left and we need to have Golden Freeza lose stamina, Goku being lasered, Vegeta fighting, Earth being destroyed and restored. We also need Beers and Whis to go there for that and, apparently, they'll be dealing with Champa for a bit. Since they take 35 minutes to reach there, it will be interesting to compare that to Gotenks' 30 minutes and see if time seems to pass more faithfully.

If they want to have Freeza acknowledge Beers, they need to make him arrive in episode 26, at most.

I'm very tired of trying to explain the DBS production aspects to brazilian fans. They just keep crying about how Z was perfect (clearly it wasn't) and that Super doesn't come close (Super had great animation moments, so did Z). But people want to compare and nitpick every single episode. I'm just tired of following other forums, I'm gonna keep myself in this one, where I can discuss it all with more information and civility

If the nitpicking is bothering you, be prepared to have a hard time here just as well. Still, this is the best place by FAR to talk about anything Dragon Ball related.

Vegeta fighting and Earth blowing up can be the final episode, 10 mins for both is plenty of time. 25 will probably end with Freeza losing his stamina or at least be on hinted at. Episode 26 will probably be where Beerus and Whis show up (unless they appear at the end of 25), then the stamina issue will be revealed then the second part of the fight will ensue and the episode will end with Goku being lasered. Episode 27 starts with Vegeta saving Goku and then fighting Freeza and Freeza blows up Earth before the eye catch.

Best I can think off. They're really cutting it fine.

I still think that the concept of training straight 3 years in RoSaT is lame, hope they change that in the anime

I'm wagering the material from the Super teaser finally airs next week. I'm not sure what they'll talk about, maybe Champa will try to initiate the Food Battle and Beerus will be like "Busy now, TTYL!"

How do you imagine the Opening Title changes for Episode #28?

The Freeza henchmen/Golden Freeza part lasts only during the "minohodo shirazu ni wa" part, just a few seconds. How are they going to introduce 6 new characters/a new arc in a creative way in those seconds?

I'm curious.

Choreography in OPM really isn't great. Are you just getting distracted by all the pretty animation? Esp saitama vs boros. It was literally just lights moving around majority of the time along with a blizzard of punches.

It's not really off topic, I think. Anyway I think that will happen (U6 Team winning the tournament) I bet that this will affect the main cast from U7 and then they will depart to U6 to solve things.

I feel you mate, just watched it as well, as much as how freaking boring the premise is the animation was just amazing, I have no words to describe how epic the animation was.
