Base Gohan (Start of Buu Arc, pre-25th WMAT) VS Base Vegeta (Cell Games)

Here I explain that when Gohan transformed to SSJ2 it was likely a 4x power up upon his normal SSJ1. This was because of his rage increasing his base. In the Cell Games I have normal Gohan as 90% Goku but 1.8x Goku when enraged. Gohan admitted that due to lack of training he was weaker than in the Cell Games. And that was after training for a month. So pre-25th TB he likely reduced to 80% of his normal self (Cell arc). So normal Gohan (start of Buu arc) was about 72% of Goku (Cell Games). I have Vegeta (Cell games) equal to 65% Goku (Cell games) so Gohan at the start of the Buu arc was still stronger than Cell arc Vegeta by 10%.

- Kuririn punts Puntar out of bound with zero effort.
- Piccolo's still a bit weaker than the Cell Junior and loses after a decent fight.
- Videl vs. Majin Spopovich ends exactly like in the series.
- If Gohan is careful to avoid the absorbing nodes, he'd probably be able to take out 19.
- In a long and grueling match, Goku comes out on top.
- Unless if Mr Satan bribes her, 18 wins.
- If regular Mighty Mask, I'd go with Killa. If Goten and Trunks dressed like Mighty Mask, they knock out Killa in one blow.
- Majin Yamu beats Jewel mercilessly

Round 2:
- Kuririn loses badly to the Cell Junior.
- Spopovich gets humiliated by a pissed off Gohan
- Goku could avoid breaking the No Super Saiyan rule by using Kaioken.
- Since I'm assuming this is Goten and Trunks disguised as Mighty Mask,Yamu get's humiliated like his partner.

Round 3:
- Unless if Gohan cheats and goes Super Saiyan, Cell Junior wins.
- Goku schools the younger Saiyans in a hilarious and entertaining battle.

Round 4:
- Assuming we have cheating Super Saiyans, it ends with Goku's victory over Gohan. If not Cell Junior take it with ease.

- I have enraged vegeta above SS vegetto by a bit. Since gohan implied that he could fight freeza if he had trained, I'd say 1st form F < buutenks. Vegeta throws one angry punch, & it is overkill.

- Vegeta comfortably, unless turles makes the moon.

- Piccolo takes this in what is going to be a spectacular fight , and he may need a senzu after the battle.

- Nappa with trouble. Goku (serious) was not that much stronger than nappa, actually was troubled a bit. If goku uses KaioKen, then game over.

- No Ascended form ? Cell takes this

- Dabura one-shots. If this is SS2 vegeta, then reverse the outcome.

- Assuming no kaioken & no planet destruction, goku takes this match in a near death situation, thanks to his superior skill and battle smarts , even wih a bit of power disadvantage.

- Future trunks was already nearly even with cell jr. If he got even slightly stronger, he wins with effort.

- Piccolo can take this as long as he keeps calm fights to his fullest abilities.

- Too much power advantage for gohan to even be scratched by this piccolo.

- Hard to say, though I'd go with pissed off Vegeta
- Tullece was surpassed by Goku, who had a battle power of 30'000. Vegeta, while fighting Recoome, also had a battle power of 30'000. How about that?
- The two are about equal. Could go either way.
- Nappa has a battle power of 4'000, which is less than 5'000, soooooo....
- They're fairly close, but I'd say that Vegeta needs Grade 2 to win.
- In my head Dabra is about as strong as regular Perfect Cell and was holding back in his fight with Gohan. Vegeta would need Super Saiyan 2 to beat him.
- Goku would win, but he'd have to work for it.
- Another close fight, though I'd put my money on Trunks.
- The two are fairly close, though my money's on Piccolo, if only for his unique powers and overall skill level.
- Gohan overpowers Piccolo by a decent margin. Unless if Piccolo used the Makankosappo on him(which he probably wouldn't), or the Universe decided to screw Gohan over somehow(which it probably would), Gohan's got this in the bag.
