Ken has always been pretty, but holy hell Street Fighter 5. Equal Opportunity sexiness is the best.
Street Fighter 4 would suggest otherwise. He had the whole He-Man thing going on but then again that was mostly due to the poor art direction of the game in general.

It's probably one of those errors resulting from different people coming up with different characters' ages at different times. I wouldn't consider it factual.

Or it could be that Toriyama didn't think of the ages when he retconned an older sis for Bulma.
