There might be some variation in how frequently it is used in french to mean something other than something sexual, but I don't think it's a very big variation going by the comments on the french page.

All the uses of the term that are recognized are "proper" uses. There's only uses that people might be more used to hearing, and, honestly, if people always limited themselves to the uses of language that are more frequently used by common people, the quality of language would take a nose dive.
If you think that they are wrong or not proper, you might want to tell that to the authors and books that use terms like that outside of their sexual meaning.

The sad thing is the amount of people who wouldn't get what you are trying to do, not the fact that a person might choose to use words in various ways and meanings.

Like I said, there are several comments in the french page with basically the same problem as the english version, for example:
- "beurk une orgie"
- "Orgie....? "
- "Alors, qui va gueuler pour l'utilisation du mot "orgie" ?"
- "Une orgie est une réunion où l'on se livre à toutes sortes d'excès. L'étymologie se réfère aux fêtes organisées dans la Grèce antique en l'honneur de Dionysos. C'est à partir du XVIIe siècle que le terme détient une connotation sexuelle."

So I'm sure this is pretty obvious, but calling that Cold "convinces" U16 Bra to give herself a handicap by not going SSJ. Bonus points if he pulls the "Freeza not using his hands" condition. XD

Well, in filler, in the Buu saga, base Vegetto was able to put up a fight against Gohan-buu... And even going just by the manga, SSJ Vegetto was much more powerful than Gohan-Buu so it's easy to assume that Gohan-Buu wouldn't be much more powerful than base Vegetto in the manga... So there's a big margin for how powerful base Bra can be here.
