CG Goku is arguably stronger than SS gohan (adult), who was giving dabra tough time, and dabra , while heavily suppressed, vaporised kibito. Even if you believe that gohan was SS2, remember that vegeta thought it was a low showing for kibito to be vaporised by such a weak blast.

What happens in round 2/3?

If goku fights round 2, and gohan is 100% serious in round 3, then cell blows up the planet.
In any other case, cell wins.

Because she's a GT character, who are OP as shit. Without powering up she wrecked general rildo's shit. Sure he was not powered up himself, but he was above Kid buu without even powering up! If she wasn't above that her attack would be like broly's enemies and not make him flinch.

I know you can be below beerus and still do that, but in my mind if you're mystic gohan's kid and you keep training for years surpassing Vados and the crew is a cakewalk. These people get 15x stronger every 6 days. SSJ4 is like TRILLIONS of times stronger then Beerus.

Why are people putting Frost rank below Buu? Goku had to go SSj to fight him and Goku is way stronger than he was in the Buu saga. Goku has the god powers absorb inside him now which makes his normal SSj form way above SSj3. Frost could beat any form of Majin Buu. His 4th form could easily kill Buuhan in one blast.

Frost is nowhere near SSJ Goku. Piccolo's Makankosappo was enough to beat him. Granted he was obviously weakened but still.
