Why would it? If there's another transformation it will probably be based on his true form because that's what comes after the third.

Because that would be a over the top exaggeration of the form. Though it was just a joke since Freeza's 2nd form was bigger than his 1st and his 3rd was more monstrous but his true form went the other way and was smaller than the 3rd. And Cold's further transformations exaggerate that so a final form being super small would fit. Though really it would fit better if it was Freeza since Cold's true form didn't really shrink.

I don't think we have enough information to judge just yet. As far as I can tell though, Black Goku isn't really Goku at all; just some guy who's assumed his form somehow. So he doesn't count. As for Kakarot U13, I'd more call him insane than evil; he was pretty much forced to become the way he was. I don't blame him for his actions anymore than I would blame a child soldier raised in Berma.

So really, the only guy we have to point a finger at is Turles; he seems to be nothing but a roving marauder, with no loyalty even to his fellow Saiyans.

As for Kakarot U13, I'd more call him insane than evil; he was pretty much forced to become the way he was.

It makes me wonder if he'll have a change of a heart later on as the story progresses. Not that I don't love his maniacal personality.

Black easily. Kakarot is insane, Black is actually thinking his plan out well and choosing to act evil.

Honestly unless something bad happens to Raditz or the old Kurrin decides to interact in a more friendly way, U13 Kakarotto isn't going to change anytime soon. Definitely isn't going to now since he's under Babidi's spell.

...I don't know about the rest of you, but when I first saw Cold transform to his Ugly MoFo mode, and asked Bra to roleplay as Dutch, I thought. 'Well, surely this is going to be one hell of a match. If nothing else, Cold has to be at a higher plateau than her.' But seeing Bra now, fast enough to dodge his physical strikes, and now playing tennis with the guy, Cold is more or less evenly matched with Bra, he has to be. There's the pointing out in canon how speed trumps power, and how really powerful attacks are blocked without a transformation, but this isn't the case here: Bra is utterly outclassing him. And unlike Trunks vs Freeza, she may not need to transform to finish this. In the end, Cold's two new transformations combined barely petered him above Bra's base form.

What Bra is showing is a better handle of Ki control and skills. Cold is stronger and faster but with her better Ki control and skills, she is managing to stay ahead of his Ki attacks and turn it against him. That being said, Cold is not THAT much stronger and faster, despite being noticeably stronger and faster.

That was Super Saiyan Bra. Right now, he's apparently around Perfect Cell.

Anyway, if this Cold is faster than Bra he's really not showing it. She's had a really easy time outmaneuvering him so far.

She makes it look easy by being more skillful in Ki control, intelligent and efficient in her movements. In any case, he's not that much faster and she's doing it more to his Ki attacks than him.
