I like the anime version waaayyyyy better. Aesthetically pleasing to me.
I agree with you...but that SSJ3 PIC IS SO MUCH MORE BADASS IN THE MANGA. And I just saw It today, otherwise I'm a "Child of The Anime"

Going by the full color manga edition...

Manga:

Bulma's hair
Piccolo's colours in general (plus Gohan's Piccolo inspired outfit from the Cell Tournament)
The Bulma-in-her-undies-outfit-on-the-ship-to-namek look
Pretty much anything Muten Roshi wore, not that the anime colours are bad, but the manga ones have a certain flare to them.
Artificial Human #20
Perfect Cell's blue....joint....flesh?
Videl's maroon sleeves in the beginning of the Boo Arc
Goku's Neko Majin Z Dogi
Anime:
Namekian Frogs
The Kaioshin and their gear
Mr.Satan
Goku's end of Z Dogi

Everything else I can take or leave really.

Ki blasts I definitely prefer in the anime. It gives them more life and variety instead of all yellow.
The Kamehameha Galick Gun clash is kinda meh in the manga by comparison because of this.

Also in the manga Kibito is blue and that just looks weird on him

Piccolo looks better with the extra finger as his hands look weird in the manga and pink muscles make him look more youthful with yellow and green clashing a bit.

On a related note, I always found it strange how Movies 6-9 adopted the manga color scheme for the most part.
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

There's just something about the Full Color version that I really love.
But I'm really not a fan of the usual manga colors, such as the Kanzenban covers. And stuff like Kaioshin's skin, Gohan's green gi, Kaio's green sleeves, ugh. I feel the anime did a much better job, such as SSJ colors as someone said above.

So imo:
Full Color > Anime > Manga

Definitely prefer purple-haired Bulma. For the rest... eh, it depends.

Exactly. It makes sense you would see them that way considering those changes were made for it to appear as something one would want to watch.

I mostly prefer the Manga colors, barring a few exceptions. Mostly just Ki attacks, Tenshinhan's pants in the 22nd Budokai (there pink and then later green in the manga) and Karin.

I started off with the manga before the Kanzenban and Full Color editions existed, when there was only the Tankōbon, so my first exposure to Dragon Ball colors was when I started watching Dragon Ball GT after finishing the manga, which was what I became accustomed to. Since I'd already read the entire manga, I didn't have too much interest in watching the anime prior to GT, so I didn't watch the anime (barring GT) until Dragon Ball was revived in 2008, followed by Kai in 2009. In all honesty, it felt very strange for me to suddenly see Gokū in anything but his blue dōgi from GT and Vegeta without his dark-colored biker clothes. I'm accustomed to orange dōgi Gokū now, but, at the time, seeing animated Gokū in blue and orange was like entering an entirely different world of Dragon Ball for me.
