It's nice to see the two PvP modes I wanted the most are making it into the game. Now all I need is a mode for OC's only & I'll really be happy!

I'm just sad that local multiplayer is being treated as if it's dying (regardless of whether it's really dying or not).

I'll reserve judgment until the game is released. I thoroughly enjoyed XV1 and I like the direction they're going in with improvements thus far. This is a new game, and so while we may have seen stages in characters that were in other DBZ games, the fact of the matter is this is a new story.

As far as DLC is concerned, I have no issue with paying for added content. We'll probably get stages and other things along with characters. Even with its flaws, XV1 was a damn good game and I expect XV2 to build on that.

Oof course he'll be in the game, eh's been in trilers and screen shots. Plus, the devs state that every chacter, clothing and attack of the last game will be in the base game of Xenoverse 2, including DLC.

I pretty much got all the characters I wanted in this game. Off the top of my head the only other characters I would like to see but could live without would be Paikuhan, Mecha Freeza & Super Bebī Vegeta.

Frieza's 3rd Form was basically confirmed when they said his 2nd Form isn't in. Anyway, I want Mecha Frieza as well, but he'd be a carbon copy of Final Form Frieza.

Well if Frieza's third form is confirmed and his second form won't be in the game, that makes me think that King Cold might be in that place. Its very unlikely though, but having King Cold would be pretty...Cool..

I am still PO that no Dragon Ball characters are in the game and they instead went with making Kid GT Goku a hybrid. Seriously, why are the movie characters and GT given first dibs over the entire first half of Dragon Ball? I know Z is more popular, but give some love to the original. I would take King Piccolo over his poor man copy Lord Slug any day of the week. It would also expand the story mode outside of, playing to Raditz to the canon movies with some filler movie villains thrown in to make things interesting.

Apologies. They specifically said his 2nd Form, so I kinda-sorta thought that didn't include 3rd...

Eh, I don't really care much that the two forms aren't making it in. I'll do with 1st Form, Final Form, and Golden (hopefully also Mecha).

I was honestly surprised that Mecha Freeza didn't make it into the first game while playing. Given that Freeza didn't have the option to transform, he could have easily just been an alternate costume for Freeza's fourth form the same way Saiyaman was for Gohan.

But then I got to the point where they had a model for base Gohan from the Cell Games already finished, and still didn't include him to be playable the extreeeeeemely little work that would have needed to be done for that. As well as keeping Towa, Mira and Demigra off the roster (until DLC for the first two), despite two of them being finished characters you fought.

Nothing I can do but shrug at some of these decisions.

Well, of course, they did skip more than half of the Androids Saga. So Mecha Frieza being excluded isn't a huge shock to me. And on your second point, I thought it was rather odd that they included Android #18's Vest & Pants as a clothing set AND a brief appearance in a cutscene, but not as an obtainable costume.

I don't know, I've just spotted this logic in this forum in many users in past months, with statements like: ''Well, they've ruled out A, so B is totally confirmed! No arguments or proof, it is like that.''
I think that it is interesting way to think.

I am not a fan of Dimps' transformation system in Budokai much. As villain forms work the same as Super Saiyan based on which Ki grade you have and your oponent can beat you out of the form.
With Freeza and his 5 transformation levels in Budokai3/Infinite World, it's weird, so I think I enjoyed Xenoverse's lack transformation ability, but missed other forms.
My most favorite transformation system is Spike's ironically anyway. Raging Blast 2 had really cool transformation animations also. Cooler or Android 13 were like from the Movie.
