It exists the same way the filler version of Hell from the Saiyan Saga exists. Once upon a time then was promptly never brought up again. The Book is just like Goku & Beerus almost blowing up the galaxy in their first fight, Whis' ROSAT, Goku getting a healing factor and probably Blue + KK = Toei additions that will never get brought up again.

I kid, but half the arcs in Super have had 0 important casualties (the Beerus and Champa arcs), so it's not all that probable that we'll get much death now. Future Bulma is already gone, so I don't know how much more death they'll add, but I predict that it's not a lot.

Yeah, they got lucky with Beerus. Champa was just a tournament though. I actually want to say that Vegeta will die. Your guess is as good as mine, but I can't shake the feeling.

Well if either Goku or Vegeta die then where would the story branch off from there without getting Beerus and Whis involved. I'm sure either one of them could but the thing is that since the namek dragon balls can bring someone back any number of times dying isn't really as serious as it once was. The Gods dying is probably a lot different though.

Future Bulma already died, that carries it's weight. Future Trunks might also die, it would be a really gutsy move. Myself and likely most of the fans would be devastated by this.
It would rid the future World of Goku's heritage, maybe then they can finally have peace.

Present era, I don't see anybody kicking the bucket. Altought almost everybody died in the RoF arc.

But we know that unlike Toyotaro, Toei also makes changes to Toriyama's outline. So, it is bound that there are gonna be things from Toriyama in the manga that didn't make it to the anime, which is why I said that we can't know if SSG in the Universe 6 & Future Trunks arcs are Toyotaro's or Toriyama's ideas.

Toyotaro likely makes changes as well. Toriyama said he wanted Toyotaro to start implementing his own ideas and then we suddenly started to see the manga diverge from the anime more drastically. If Goku going regular God in the tournament was part of Toriyama's outline it probably would have been in the show, if only for merchandising purposes.
