Movie Beerus vs Tournament Goku (Can't go above Kaioken x2)

Movie Beerus used 70% of his power against SsjG Goku, who, as Toriyama stated (now those statements are worthless), was around Beerus's 60%.
Since SsjB Goku is at least an 8 back in the ROF saga, I'd say that SsjB Goku (Champa saga) with Kaioken outclasses Movie Beerus.

You may think that, but Super has been insanely vague with how strong Beerus is due to the show constantly treading its own toes in regards to power scaling. I mean, SSJB Vegetto couldn't defeat Merged Zamasu and Merged Zamasu was shown , before his immortality started to disintegrate as a result of merging with Goku Black, to be strong enough to withstand two SSJB's at the same time. And this was after Beerus stated he wouldn't feel threatened by Goku's SSJBKKx10 form.

When Whis said he can destroy literally anything, he meant it. I don't think his power has any limitations.
