Absolute Zamasu(my name for their fusion) wins. He fulfils his utopia and dwells in his loneliness(x amount of time for this to happen). He starts to doubt of his achievements, Goku's body influences him to seek out challenges but there's nothing. Perfection becomes a curse. Absolute Zamasu starts to dread his existence and presents himself to the Omni-King, detailing on his actions.
Using his powers the Omni-King restores everything to the moment before Goku and Vegeta perish, humanity's last barrier. Zamasu concedes. He ask for forgiveness(mainly to Goku, Gowasu and Trunks) and understands that his justice isn't justice at all. He asks for judgement and the Omni-King delivers.
Trunks is forced never to travel in time ever again, all the time-machines are destroyed.

It is a red flag, true...but most psychopaths are nonviolent. Only a small percentage of them choose to start doing Ted Bundy nonsense. So psychopathy actually doesn't have much to do with how violent a person becomes. Rather, you'd generally need some of the below criteria instead...

Indeed! I'm just saying, psychopath doesn't automatically mean "criminal". Zamasu, for example, actually DIDN'T start out as a psychopath (or at least, not in his early appearances). He seems legitimately ashamed for killing that Barbarian, and he's legitimately panicked when Black kills Gowasu. Unfortunately, he DOES have most of those five qualities I listed below, and also happened to be a malignant narcissist on top of all that. Hence, the guy loses his fricken mind as the arc goes on.

Vegeta first met Bulma on Namek, soon after he had murdered an entire Namekian village, I believe.
Now, your definition of "mass" murderer may be somewhat different than mine....but I feel that wiping out an entire village qualifies him for the label.

Semantics; him "meeting her for the first time" lasted for like, five seconds. They were busy trying to get ready for the Ginyu Force, so that was all very rushed. Bulma and him didn't get the chance to really interact till after they were already on Earth.

Regardless, he was still a mass-murderer the first time they interacted. The one's he killed weren't even brought back. I believe this was even brought up while they were making the wishes, so Bulma would have known.
