I liked his use in that episode where Beerus dressed up as Monaka to fight Goku.
He also defeated Great Ape Goku and Dracula. Technically has a better win rate than his partner. Hoo boy.

Tullece is alright, wouldn't really say he's my favorite though. Given that he's merely a movie villain, though, he suffers from underdevelopment. But design-wise I think he pulls off the evil Goku thing pretty well.

I like him in the dub, as he can be pretty hilarious at times. However, his constant "You haven't revived us" attitude in Super is irritating.
