Toei you can have bad writers in the world, you can fail at comedy! And can lack fresh ideas! But you cant dispute the fact that you were forced to take notes from classic villain of golden age shounen jump just to get everyone hyped all over again!
What are their similarities?
-both had god complex!
-both like to be cocky and act narcissistic over their bodies
-both expect you to worship them!
-both had hate towards humans and wanted to destroy them because they believed they were sinful or evil!
-both took a possession of a pure body!
-both were pretty much immortal, could exist in 4D plane and are Universal+ in power.
-both ended up being wounded but destroyed by gods/goddesses instead of by main characters!
Another big significant difference was about the whole use of time travel which in saint seiya was implied in a sense that after Hades death, Seiya is pretty much cursed and has limited time to live, so Athena with Shun go to Cronus and convince him to send them into different timeline to destroy Hades sword which is some what canon to TLC prequel, but its actually based on a Next Dimension manga sequel from original author. In Dragon Ball the Goku and Z fighters ofcourse go to Zamasu timeline when he was still good and then Beerus kills him, but that still leaves black Goku alive which makes Zamasu still some what unaffected when they travel back to Trunks world
Ofcourse everything could still be purely coincidental between both series but i highly doubt it, there is already too much evidence so it may have been a parody joke.

). That's very easy verificably in the movies of Hollywood, where the theme of destruction is always present (so maybe that is aplicable to Beerus and the Hakaishin idea too
