What could be the format of the universal survival tournament?

What could the tournament's format be since there is there has never been something like this before.

It could be universe vs universe If there is a preliminary round which knocks out 4 universes which makes a quarter-final stage . Then it could involve 2 vs 2 battles instead of 1 vs 1 battles with winning tag team staying on or as soon as some one gets knocked out the next member joins the tag team. Doubles for Semi- final and quarter-final and singles for the final. The tag teams could also be best out 5.

There could also be format similar to Fairy Tail which includes challenges and a points system to go along with traditional fights, but would Toriyama do that? This also includes a battle royale as the last stage.

There is a large number of possibilities.
A random fighter against a random one of the opposing team.
That will justify 10 members (10 fights + a final).

No battle stages, like time challenge or quests.

Or a boring 10 vs 10 battles, one round by chara, the universe that score more wins pass the stage (but this seems more likely).

It would be great if there were 2 main rounds.
First round: Twin/sibling universes must collaborate in numerous challenges.

This will allow for the number of fights/challenges to be reduced (less animation) while showing more people in the background.(this would allow for some funny champa/Beerus moments. Constantly arguing but at the same time hugging each other in terror for the outcome)

Second round: Would be revealed after the end of round one and will be an all vs all.

While we saw Goku working with hit in round one, now they are again enemies.

What I wish to see is goku been cool about it and having a plan to save everyone. Like in the end asking Zeno to spare everyone in order to have more tournaments like that.

Also in round one Champa and Beerus can make a deal. Basically ensuring that the winner will request the sibling universes to not be destroyed.

It could be like the budokai tenkaichi, in the preliminary round everyone fights, but instead of 8 finalists we get 32 of them.
