Kid buu was a threat not because of his power but for his regeneration and never ending pool of energy.. being a human uub would only possess the pool of energy, would he really be of any use without the regeneration

He probably could have an endless pool of energy, but regeneration? He's out of luck, for being born as a human. Buu only had the regeneration because of his flesh. He would be of use, because with his full potential he would be super Saiyan 3 tier

No Uub can't regenerate, and Buu wasn't just strong because of his regen. He was ssj3 tier.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. Vegeta was already stronger than Gohan even before he got the Majin boost, Majin Vegeta could easily wreck Gohan in 2 or 3 blows. Cell would be a bit harder but he would go down quickly as well.
