Planets' gravity

Is it just me, or does it seem like every single planet in the series/setting has either Earth's gravity, or 10 times Earth's gravity? No other options. That's kind of weird.

Since planets are somehow created by the Kaioshin, maybe they come in a few predetermined configurations?

For a long time I've held a half-assed theory that the gravity of Dragon Ball's Earth is actually LESS than that of our real-world Earth. That would help explain things like hover-cars being common, children being able to train to jump 50 feet in the air, some of the strange topography, etc... And of course, why gravity 10 times as strong is seemingly so common on other planets without them being overly massive and made of solid iron.

Interesting theory, but I'm quite sure Toriyama didn't think too much about it, so DB's Earth's gravity is the same as in the real world.

If it was significantly lower or higher things wouldn't fall/fly normally, trees and mountains would be much taller or shorter, etc.
