Grand Priest having those villanious tendencies as a scam with matching it up with Goku's as well, I can imagine Grand Priest after this arc joking with Goku that it was hard acting like some evil commissioner just to amuse Zeno and go along with Goku's plan. Goku's calling to much heat on him its like he's doing everything on purpose to piss them off and come at him in full force, this screams Hit assassination arc all over again for me at least.
Wouldn't it be hilarious if Zeno was bluffing about the consequences? That Goku asked Zeno to come up with that threat in order to motivate everyone?
Not only would that explain why he's not caring, but people here would feel unbelievably stupid.
Thats what I was getting at with my prediction tho, everything is a scam that Goku,Grand Priest and Zeno decided.
That's what makes most sense right now anyways..
Goku straight up won't challenge the gods nor will he smile when called a villain..
If this indeed is the case, toie shouldn't have used the same thing for a filler arc, having the ending revealed in such a way isn't a good thing

Yeah they should've saved it. If this happens, it would've been a lot less predictable if they just didn't have the filler.

True, thats what got me pissed at the copy Vegeta arc then later enters Goku Black arc, basically the same thing but darker.

What are you guys referring to with this? What filler thing was the same thing?
Edit: Oh are you talking about what happened with Goku having Hit kill him?

Yeah that, he had Whis and Vados help with his request to put a hit on him.
This time he had Grand Priest and Zeno help with his request to make everyone pissed at him by giving a huge stake and really making them believe it.
Having Grand Priest be the one raising awareness that its Goku's idea and how close he is with Zeno, while Goku in return shows he doesnt give 2 shits to what happens to anyone. Thats why he's fine being the one looked at as the evil one and thats why he didnt say anything regarding Bergamo's statement at him, he just gave a scowl and taunts every GoDs that "yeah, bring all your strong fighters, Ima kick all their asses"

Thats the one part I couldnt get, but I also thought knowing Goku... why didnt he react when it was said? I'm sure just about anyone here would think the same that its weird Goku didnt react like "what? but I want to fight all of them, shame...." but instead Goku was... calm, he didnt care, thats kinda OoC for me, thats not like him, unless they really did plan it all and theres a reason why Grand Priest and Zeno didnt like putting everyone and Goku just went along with it.
PS: It would be funny tho, if the reason for example is they didnt put them in because they didnt have strong warriors that can keep up with the others, that would backfire on them acting like a smug that "oh we're so high on top, we're top class"

We don't know what the levels are based on yet, those saved gods were being asses and saying we are fully better we don't even need to check the ranks..
Maybe the those universes have the weakest fighters, far weaker to pose a challenge to goku in any sort and grand priest had them not participate to not have unnecessary fodder to fight goku..

Well, it would nice if Goku set this all up with Zeno and the Grand Priest as it would explain his attitude, but I think they're going to a route where they can develop more Goku's character instead of him screwing with everyone again
Are we too old to enjoy new Dragon Ball movies/series?
Spoiler:

Guys, I'm going to be straight with you. If you feel the show has gotten 'silly' ... it hasn't. You're just 'too old for this shit'. Seriously, 95% of the people in those boards do not fit the target demographic of the show, so don't expect the show to be 'everything you hoped for'. I'm referring to the people here who expect Super to be rich with dark moments, serious storytelling, meaningful characters etc etc. It won't. It's a show for kids. A show for kids being kids. Everyone in those boards has a manchild in him/her, clamoring to get out, and that's fine. But having unrealistic expectations (such as believing the show grew up alongside you) is naïve at best. Honestly, do you take seriously a story where the supposed God of Destruction halts his urges to blow up stuff in order to eat ice cream sundae? That's the show's silliness at full force, take it for what it is. The show hasn't matured one bit, so don't expect it too. Again, I'm not saying that's a bad thing. I'm saying *that* is DB and always will be.

Because its too weird, too much of a change, why did he suddenly go from caring about his opponents to not giving a fck if they're killed now? unlike Chanpa, he's friends with Zeno, it'd be ok to ask him to remove the stakes, but instead he listens to Whis? when literally just 5mints ago he didnt give 2shits about their warnings, way too weird. It is all predictions tho

I hate to say it but I had this idea when the arc was first announced. I got shot down pretty fast for making such outlandish claims.
Edited: I checked and it was back in December. Got my feelings hurt
I don't know if I'd want it to be set up though. I'd prefer the idea that it was being done that way for some sinister hidden plan from the Grand Priest that would lead to him being the next main villain.

Thats still a possibility, what I'm only getting at anyways is why Goku's been so nonchalant throughout this arc (because he planned it), a double twist is very possible, if Black arc could do it, then this arc can as well.

How would it be if goku did plan it but zeno destroyed the universes in real by mistake, you know enjoying it so much he forgot

Wait wait wait, when Bergamo was talking to Zen-Oh and proposed the proposal, Zen-Oh said he would accept but then Grand Priest was the one who said Zen-Oh would erase immediate if Goku held back but... how? He asked what Zen-Oh's answer was Zen-Oh gave and that was it, they did not talk again and then all of a sudden Grand Priest is like "Oh Zen-Oh will erase everything if you hold back". This is just off man he is too suspicious, only other possibility is he can read minds.

Well they're fcked haha, but theres still the super balls tho. If the prediction turns out right theres bound to be a twist, theres a reason why the super dragon balls are there, unless they use it for a petty reason like give us enough food for everyone else like in xenoverse.

Two possibilities,
first grand priest is putting words in Zeno's Mouth, and is the mastermind
Second, they know nothing is going to be destroyed and are with goku, just to not be completely douchebags they accept Bergamo's proposal because they know goku can beat him, to make sure he does beat him too priest pulls out that rule
