He was wearing pink when they confronted Mecha freeza..
Attire has nothing to do with it..
He can be with bulma all he wants..
Seriously, the Manga tells you can have him not be a completely shitty excuse for his previous self while still following the same story which goes towards eoz..
I am really amazed people at finding this Vegeta to be entertaining, he is at his all time low as an interesting character

Super exposed Vegeta as the overrated character he is, for a reason Toriyama never bothered him in making him a protagonist before.
And also its a reason why Goku always stayed as the protagonist, because Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo dont have the IT factor. Mirai Trunks has it and thats why there were fans who liked how he defeated Merged Zamasu.
If we go beyond EoZ, Pan and Uub should definitely be the protagonists, it will be fine if they are written like Boruto and Sarada.

Guys, I'm going to be straight with you. If you feel the show has gotten 'silly' ... it hasn't. You're just 'too old for this shit'. Seriously, 95% of the people in those boards do not fit the target demographic of the show, so don't expect the show to be 'everything you hoped for'. I'm referring to the people here who expect Super to be rich with dark moments, serious storytelling, meaningful characters etc etc. It won't. It's a show for kids. A show for kids being kids. Everyone in those boards has a manchild in him/her, clamoring to get out, and that's fine. But having unrealistic expectations (such as believing the show grew up alongside you) is naïve at best. Honestly, do you take seriously a story where the supposed God of Destruction halts his urges to blow up stuff in order to eat ice cream sundae? That's the show's silliness at full force, take it for what it is. The show hasn't matured one bit, so don't expect it too. Again, I'm not saying that's a bad thing. I'm saying *that* is DB and always will be.

My point is it's our first introduction to Vegeta and Goku after the 10 year timeskip and they both tell their own stories, unlike after the Cell timeskip where our first intro to Vegeta is he is training.
The new hairstyle is starting to grow on me. He looks more experienced and serious.

I made a bet with Alee9977 that Vegeta won't be beaten quickly by an opponent. If I lose, I switch my avatar to Vegeta getting beat by hit. If I win, he switches it to Vegeta holding Black by his hair. This will last a month.

Then toppo fights goku, what's the problem here..
And the chances are slim, almost none, they made the op after they knew the story
They also made the preview for the arc after they knew the story, yet it seems quite posible that Jiren was the one who appeared along Kai and the clown before they changed it in the actual show.
imagine toppo fighting Goku in the intro, that would be hilarious, the chances are slim just because toppo is the leader that doesn't mean he's is the strongest, jiren is Goku rival, but then again toei did screw up their own website a couple of times,so maybe that theory is plausible

Think it like this, they had to meet after the time skip, what feels more correct, having goku and ChiChi go meet bulma and Vegeta or what we got?
If bulma was going to meet them anyway there won't be much of a need to show Vegeta not coming with her, he needed to react to kakarot training like he always did..
Trunks also entered because Vegeta forced him to, nothing is suggesting he didn't train trunks..
All that part shows is he came to meet them with his wife

You guys really act like Vegeta's become a boring family man. He's literally holding off on fighting for a few episodes ffs. We know he'll be fighting later. Not to mention he's shown his aggressive and cocky side countless times through out super. What's so wrong with appreciating his family more?

Jiran is a cool name for the grey alien guy. I think he will probably be stronger than Toppo or maybe they wanted Jiran's role to be use for Toppo's role. However it's possible it could be none of that and the intro of Goku fighting him may be nothing really.
So what are the chances of Goku wishing the 8 universes fit into one universe after this whole thing instead of restoring them? I mean surely their mortal quality would rise up the roof if they all combine into one, problem solved right?

I'll be honest, I can't care less if he proposes bulma Infront of everyone Carriers her bridal style into the skies and make out if he was interesting outside of it, which he isn't, so the only part visible to us is his old family man personality which holds absolutely no entertainment value whatsoever..

Question is, who will be the new gods between them, another tournament to decide?

Can you explain to me why you think this current Vegeta is so different than the one from Z.

First you'd have to define "Vegeta from Z". His personality varies drastically between the 4 arcs.

Let's say boo saga Vegeta. Why is this Vegeta less interesting ?

I don't get why some are upset with this. The fact that he's caring for his family more is character development at work. What were people expecting after so many arcs after his introduction? That he would still be a selfish arrogant asshole who doesn't care about anybody but himself forever?
I like this Vegeta. I really do. It's a side to him that we never really saw before, and it shows how much Vegeta has changed as a man.
kinisking wrote:Let's say boo saga Vegeta. Why is this Vegeta less interesting ?
I obviously can't speak for everyone, but Boo Arc Vegeta more interesting for me because there's actually character progression. Even though I like the role that Super tries to put Vegeta in, particularly with Cabba and Trunks, there's never enough proper focus or development to make it interesting. The most it's ever tried is episode 54, but they were so stuck on uber-aggressive badass Vegeta that no character progress was ever actually made (despite later episodes pretending that Vegeta had legitimately mentored Trunks).
Short answer: Super needs stop dick-teasing fans with Vegeta and actually do something with him. Toriyama and the anime staff understood this with Z.

Mule covers most of it, this seems to be like the goku situation, you either get it or you don't..
Theoretically it can be proved false but practically it's another story
