Same here, but his dad's gi on him still hasnt, now if only they change Gohan's getup to his saiyaman costume without the cape and helmet, my dream comes true.

It's great to see Vegeta taking his rightful place alongside Goku again. Hopefully we'll see him kick a lot of behinds.

my prediction on roshi, roshi going to seal himself along with Buu in a jar, and Goku is going to put that in a capsule, and they use the multiform technique to fool everyone.so once the 48 minutes are expired, universe 11 have 3 member standing,they thought they won, but universe 7 has ,2 members, but Goku open the jar, and free roshi and Buu, so they have 4 members standing,U7 is declared the winner,that is my crazy prediction

I second helmetless, capeless Great Saiyaman outfit Gohan.

I just want to see him fight in an outfit that's unique to him. He has multiple battle clothes it's a shame to just toss him in the Gokû dougi. Gohan's his own person after all.

Even though I prefer Gohan with Piccolo gi or his purple gi in early Boo arc this is a good argument why he should back to Saiyaman outfit, they could make him awesome like in Movie 13:

an ultimate Gohan with a saiyaman outfit is pretty badass, but the question is,will we have a badass stoic Gohan or we're going to have adorkable Gohan in the universe survival Saga, so which one you want

Reason why I'm not a fan of his purple gi is because its very similar to Piccolo's, I want Gohan to have his own style, the only one I can think of is his saiyaman one, its unique and dope without the helmet and cape, also green+black goes well together.

To be fair there was some purple-haired Trunks stuff initially when the Future Trunks arc began. This could be a similar situation.

Gohan's biggest moment in that arc happened partial because of vegeta.

Vegeta was also the only one to help Gohan kill Cell.

Toriyama always intended to Gohan be the main character by the time Raditz arrives in scene.

It doesn't matter what he intended him to be, Vegeta was used a lot more than Gohan and that's what's important.

Toriyama said that Piccolo was his 2nd favorite Z fighter while he didn't like Vegeta that much but like the above, it holds no weight cause Piccolo is barely used while Vegeta is on Goku's level of importance.
