One Question Each: Saiyan Beyond God, Super Saiyan, and Super Saiyan 4

1) Which form is more advantageous? The Unleashed Potential state or Saiyan Beyond God?

2) Could the regular Super Saiyan form be achieved after one has become a Saiyan Beyond the Super Saiyan God transformation, but had never been able to achieve the original Super Saiyan transformation into the Legendary Golden Warrior?

3) With Little Goku (GT) there as his sudden sparring partner, and without Whis in the picture, which form of Goku would become more powerful than the other through training? Goku from right after he had attained Super Saiyan 4 following the defeat of Baby or Goku from the events of Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods right after the end of the film?

I don't think the two base theory is correct (Goku is shown going from SSJ to SSB) but I will try to answer your questions.

1 - Saiyan Beyond God, It has the power and potential of a God.
2 - I don't think so, SBG is the transformation after SSG, and to achieve SSG you need to be able to become a SSJ first.
3 - Just like question 1, Goku from BoG will be more powerful because he has the potential and power of a God because he absorbed it.

It seemed that they naturally turned SS or they decided ot was best too. No where did Shennh say they needed to go SS.

1. It's hard to tell; we don't get any good comparisons between the two. I mean, there's Gohan, but it's explicitly stated that he's fallen quite a bit since his heyday. My power level list and the associated approximations and justifications suggests that a Super Saiyan Beyond God (distinct from Super Saiyan Blue thanks to hair color) would probably be stronger than someone with their potential unlocked.
2. I'd imagine so. Super Saiyan and Saiyan Beyond God don't seem to be linked in any way.
3. There's no logical way to figure this out, but...my intuition says that Beerus is stronger than the likes of Baby and Omega Shenron, so I'd go with Adult Goku if he really did retain all of that strength. Of course, if we tried to force GT and Super into the same continuity, GT came later and still challenged Goku, so SSJ4 Goku would kinda have to be stronger than his past self.

It's not something needed though, otherwise there wouldn't be the "Original Super Saiyan God" since in that time they didn't transform into Super Saiyan, otherwise Super Saiyan wouldn't be a myth.

No, I didn't imply that. I'm implying that since you can see the yellow aura coming from Videl, Pan went in some kind of SSJ, but since we can't see her in Videl's bally, we can't be sure.
I can be perfectly wrong, but since everybody else went SSJ, you can naturally think Pan did it too.
I would like to see a list of characters who are blonde and have a yellow aura but aren't Super Saiyans if you don't mind doing one.

Indeed. And if Videl went SSJ, that was because of Pan. And I believe Pan was the one that went SSJ but Videl was the one who suffered the effects (yellow hair and yellow aura), in other words, Pan went SSJ but who manifestated the changes was Videl, and Pan only went SSJ because of the huge flow of energy like you said.
