Would you guys like the idea of a Purple Super Saiyan?

So we all know Goku is most likely going to get a new Transformation, and it's also heavily implied that Kaioken is going to play a huge role in it, so a logical conclusion to that would be that Goku is somehow going to mix Kaioken with SSJ Blue to create a new Form.

So logically the thought that immediately follows is Purple!
Because Blue + Red = Purple.

So what do you guys think about this? Do you think it is likely? And would you like it? As for me, i have always loved Purple! And if Goku gets Purple ki.. Then he pretty much has the same color of ki as Beerus and all the other Gods of Destruction! This could be a way to signify Goku's strength increase, revealing that he is now at least on the level of Beerus and the other Hakaishins. (I even believe this new Transformation is finally going to put Goku ABOVE Lord Beerus).

So what do you guys think about it? Let me know your thoughts!

We already might've gotten our first look at the new form and it's not purple but we'll probably get it sooner or later.

Would I want it ? no, I think Goku and Vegeta should've had their potential unlocked by old Kai instead of getting all these recolored forms which might've happened if the story continued back in the day.

Well there are rumors that that part of the image may have been red shifted and how the art was the exact same SSJ Blue Goku as the other one, so if it indeed wasn't the new Form, there's still a chance SSJ Purple may come true!

Regardless of what it was, I still think we'll eventually get to Purple. Weather it's by Toriyama or someone else.

Pls pls pls I don't want this transformation to be purple, even when the theory of blue+red=purple. It should be like difference between ssj2 and ssj3, not like recoloring or the ssj2 and ssj1
And we already have blue, rose, white, black, gold so purple will be also achieved sooner or later

I didn't care too much for SSJB when it was first unveiled. Super Saiyan God only seemed agreeable to me because it was incorporating a new concept, God Ki, into the equation to help rationalise why Goku's form appears different than usual. Purple Super Saiyan wouldn't phase me in any way except make me question whether those people who were speculating about the studio wanting to utilise every colour of the rainbow may have been right.

Acquiring Mystic status would offer an alternative means for the Saiyans to power up without discovering yet another transformation. However, my thoughts on the prospect are mixed because I feel as though that power could be offered to everyone if they're going to dredge it back up. Give it to Piccolo and the humans so they can bolster the strength of the U7 team in whatever capacity they're capable of filling. Don't just leave it as an arbitrary power faucet for the Saiyans to exclusively drink from before turning off for the indeterminate future.

I think we're jumping the gun here a little. We have no idea what the context of Goku's "new form" be, so to preemptively assume it's a Super Saiyan form is a little premature.

Not entirely correct. First of all, we have confirmation that Goku is somehow attempting to "break his limits" (and Kaioken is exactly THE technique known to break limits!) and then we have the opening where Goku is clearly seen with a red aura, powering up (Hell even the fight against Toppo had Goku going Kaioken and telling Toppo he was about to go and "break his limits")
These few things, to me, heavily screams Kaioken is going to be involved one way or the other, they wouldn't have teased us with Goku going Kaioken so often during the series. Now the next logical conclusion to assume is ofcourse his SSJ Blue Form that has a role in it. (His strongest Form) so logically as a result, we could deduce that Goku is going to merge Kaioken with SSJ Blue somehow. So by these implications i can deduce that this new Form of him MAY probably end up Purple.

Ofcourse i could be totally wrong in all this, and they could come up with something completely different, these are just my personal predictions afterall). But i genuinely believe this may be the case.

Actually Detective X (also known as Quaaman) recently made a video stating that the only two colors that remain are Orange and Purple, that still retain "originality".

Assuming the Kaioken does play an integral role in this new limit-breaking transformation, I would be very curious to see how Vegeta attempts to match it. Goku has only dared to raise the multiplier of Kaioken up to x10. Incorporating Oozaru into Vegeta's own SSJB might be enough to match that. If Goku conceived the idea of treading towards x20, though, then the same old arrangement would continue, albeit the transformation might be even less controllable than SSJBKKx10.

I don't like the idea of seeing any more boring recolor forms. If we get a new form I'd like for it to be an actually well thought out idea with a clever design to match said idea. Not just, "Oh shit it's super saiyan again, but this time it's this color!"

This actually sounds pretty damn neat. I'd say keep it simplistic with the plain white aura, but with the SSJ2 sparks.
