At this stage it's a matter of "when" and not "if" the reveal of the Grand Priest being the father of all the 12 angels happens.

Heck, given how most people already assume the Daishinkan is the father of the Angels, it's highly probable that a statement about him being their father won't be brought up because it's a big revelation, but rather as a talking point about the Angels' special treatment compared to the Universes they attend to.

I asked you to provide the "leaked information from Toei", thus proving I'm wrong. Not to provide Toyotaro's comment from a random social media with an image he drew out of his hobby I talked about earlier, thus proving I'm right.

Until:

• Whis says all the angels are his siblings at some point in the anime and/or manga.
• Daishinkan says all the angels are his children at some point in the anime and/or manga.
• An official interview or an official statement from Toriyama confirming a relationship among them all.
• An official interview or an official statement from Toyotaro confirming a relationship among them all.

We can only say Vados and Whis are his children, nobody else.

You're being really stubborn here. Toyotaro draws the goddamn manga, if he says all the female angels are Whis' siblings, then they freaking are. We know nothing about the male angels, but given what we know it's not unreasonable to make the assumption that they're siblings too. But the female angels aren't really up for discussion anymore.
