This has been my kind of Sentiment as well for sometime Now, Not that I will not on some level enjoy the fight when it happens, but I have Grown Tired of the Whole Goku vs. Jiren thing a longtime ago cause all it hyped was a Big Battle and it seemed the hype for JUST the Battle and we have not had enough build-up of Jiren on who he is besides he punches the Hardest out of everyone Toei says, that seems to be it so far.MajinMan wrote:You know, in the midst of all this special talk, I've noticed that Jiren only has 3 lines of dialogue total. It feels to the Hype for Goku/Jiren has also Taken Away from other battles I felt where good cause to many just keep wanting Goku/Jiren, Goku/Jiren, Goku/Jiren, Goku/Jiren to happen ~~~ no one here saying that, but many I read on other places like YouTube just downplay many other battles and just say get to Goku/Jiren, nothing else matters. SMH.
At least with the other Big Battles Goku had, King Piccolo, Piccolo Jr., Raditz, Vegita, Freeza, Andriods, Cell, Majin Buu and others, we got to know the guys he was fighting, their was personal character building of them to add layers of development to their characters on-top of their big powers. You GOT to know why they matter. This is just the promise of a Big Battle for the Big Battles and honestly I care More now about all the other battles that will happen before and after this one.
Like I said I Hope Jiren gets this development and the Battle for those that want to see this Happen and Enjoy it and Get something out of it Get That! But for me I need more reasons then I have been given up to this point, my cares are with other characters and battles they will have coming-up and mostly their futures after the ToP.
