Isn't floating and flyingin one place the same thing?

Levitation =/= flying.

So let me get this straight, it's okay to leveitate?
I don't think the rules are this fine set..

Daishinkan never said levitation was disabled, only flying. Seeing how those are two completely different things, I don't see why Jiren being able to levitate is an issue.

We don't know how leviation or flying works in Dragonball..

Say, Jiren is levitating, and Toppo happens to push him forward, he starts moving, does that still count as leviation?

Goku tried to levitate when he was testing the no flying rule, he fell straight down..

In fact, Daishinkan actually said, and I quote, "skills that prevent falling, such as floating, cannot be used." And Goku put that limitation to the test finding that he is unable to use his ki to fly. The issue with this is that the "no flying" stipulation seems to be intended as a power limiter, something that is supposed to prevent characters from floating, flying, or, yes, levitating. What Jiren's levitation suggests, then, is, either the writers totally forgot about this, or Jiren is so powerful he can override either the Daishinkan's limitations or Zeno himself's limitations. I'm leaning toward the writers forgetting, as I really have very little faith in their ability to have any consistency with each other or recall basic facts about the show, but it is entirely possible that this is meant to be an explicit plot point and Jiren is indeed just. that. powerful. But, god, I hope not.

I certainly hope not, it's like they know they will screw up his personality anyway so they just stopped trying and made " he is plain strong " a plot point in itself..

I have seen a lot of hate for Ribrianne lately, anyone sharing the same feelings for her clarify what's up with that?

Ribrianne is what she is meant to be, a parody of magical girls with love bullshit everywhere, I say she does the job pretty good..


Best action Vegeta can take here is let Cabba handel Freeza himself, Vegeta was about to say fight with no regrets to Cabba wasn't he, this is his fight, he should be the one fighting it..

Many people don't like that sort of character and it is made worse when she has a lot of action compared to other fighters.

It's because they're forcing Ribrianne into almost every ep now. I didn't mind her when she first appeared, but just seeing her randomly fighting Goku or Vegeta in every ep has gotten repetitive. Especially since she more or less does the same thing every time she shows up.

I'm really hoping they're building up to something here, because I don't know why Ribrianne keeps getting all this focus since she's treated as a gag character. Maybe she'll get some new transformation?

Don't even try and say she is going to be the new warrior unless you want a kind of rage you have never seen.

Not the most, I still think it will be the Devastator Robots the most, U3 needs the push the most right now.

If not Ribrianne now that is fine, her time will come later.

She has allot story going here, even I am getting more then I though I would this quickly, did not expect anything this much out of episode 111. Toei is indeed building up to something with her and I love That Toei is doing this way more then I though they would and hitting many of the story benchmarks need.

If you don't like her character fine, but story needs to allow to be built-up, the writer needs to do the job in the way they planned it. I don't get why we need to rush each story plot so fast, where are we in a hurry too?

I read comics for a living a it can take a year at least for a single story arc at times in a single book to find its grove and remember a single issue takes a MONTH to come out, not a new episode each week. So patiences is what we need to have, I never get why rushing a story is so important, let it flow.

I think the new warrior involves Universe 6 as they are the focus of the upcoming episodes and they need a replacement for Hit.

That, or a perfect match in terms of fighting style to the Piccolo/Gohan combo Gohan wanted them to develop. The NEP seems to suggest that.
Either way, guess we're not seeing Piccolo and Gohan go their own way any time soon. Doubt Piccolo won't go down after or during this fight with them either.

I really hope that just like the Saiyans we get to at least see these 2 twice. The current fight to establish them as characters and then a proper fight later.

Saonel and Pirina seem cool. I hope they stick around for a while but I'm keeping my expectations low.

The gloves are probably the worst bit and should be a different colour. Pilina looks better in the show though
