It's written "Oozaru Cumber" in the image, but I think there's more to it, obviously. It's a hybrid form as we can see.
It’s not a hybrid form. As the user you quoted mentioned, it’s just a Super Oozaru that carries the aesthetic over from its Super Saipan form, much like Radditz in this case.
I’m all for hybrid forms and would love to see one (and it’s likely we will eventually), but this here is not one of them.

Yes but... what does THAT mean? It implies SS4 Gogeta was actually using a different transformation, or anyway SOMETHING that caused the change in colors.
From a design point I think they chose that color because otherwise it would look too much like ssj4 Goku but just wearing a vest

So why isnt it called the standard fair that the other apes have been called?
Unless we see in game something to distinguish it like it's small?

Probably, but what about in-story?

I see a possible future retcon that SS4 Gogeta was actually the SS4 GOD form of Gogeta.

Possible, though that wouldn't explain why Vegetto has different colors.

Other Golden Ōzaru users were referred simply as "Ōzaru" in Heroes, there's no need to distinguish them.

"Super Oozaru" isn't even written in the image. And yes, it is a hybrid form, we can see it's still regular Cumber, but with Oozaru hands and face.

"Other users" you mean just Gogeta, and he is referred to as "Golden Oozaru" indeed.
to be fair, Hachyatch has a new form, but it's not named in the image... so it's quite likely Ozaru Cumber will officially be "Golden Great Ape" in the cards
Is there an image of Golden Oozaru Cumber or whatever it is? I only see SSJ Cumber with his tail gold.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!
Spoiler:
Doctor. wrote:I've explained before, I'll just paraphrase myself.
Power levels establish tension and drama. People who care about them (well, people who care about them in a narrative) don't care about the big numbers or the fancy explosions. If you have character A who's so much above character B, who's the main character, you're gonna be left wondering how in the hell character B, the character we're supposed to care and root for, is going to escape the situation or overcome the odds. It makes us emotionally invested.
If character B doesn't escape the situation in a believable way that's consistent with previous events, then that emotional investment is gone. It was pointless tension, pointless drama made just to suck in the viewer. It has no critical value whatsoever. The audience is left believing that the author can just create whatever scenarios he wants and what happens to the characters is decided by whatever the author wants to happen, regardless of the events that happened in the story. Which, in fairness, is what happens, but the audience wants to be fooled. The audience wants to know that the world they're following has rules. That the world they're invested in isn't going to bend to external factors that are irrelevant to them.
An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.
are there videos showing the attacks of the new cards yet? I've been looking for a video of Ozotto's attack but everyone kills him without letting him use his super
And yet that didn't stop people from all over the internet to use the arcade as "undeniable proof" than SSB was stronger than SSJ4 in the past few months.

I want to see these four plus the hooded man when we find out who he is

well the game itself, in a self contained manner, shows super saiyan 4 goku even admit he's not as powerful.
In context of the franchise as a whole though, the divine ki and what that tends to imply is that it's greater than a simpler, beastly upgrade. We dont tend to rank mortals above gods conceptually.

You’re referring to an image that doesn’t have a card print yet, with any official card-name to go with it. Hatchiyak in the same picture clearly has a new form but has no name.
I would genuinely be pleased if I’m wrong, but you really need to get out of this habit of thinking your theories or opinions are absolute fact.
