Just consider it one of those details that's best left ignored. Like just how exactly a 9 year kid holds more more power than a old man who was god for a few hundred years.

That one makes sense: Kami DE-fused and then got OLD. Hence he lost tons of 00ber power, then lost more since he's going to die soon of old age. Dende had his "full" potential raised by Saichoru and NEVER de-fused. On top of that he's a little kid so he's gaining energy thanks to adolescence.
