Does anybody know what's going on with these dubs? Will they continue (have they continued) with the Final Chapters (Buu Saga) or not?

Not sure about the rest of those, but I suspect that Arabic Kai hasn't gone past episode 52.

I believe the Arabic dub at least finished off the arc at 54.

Did Portugal actually finish subbing all 98 episodes of Kai? And then, did they really broadcast The Final Chapters?

This article claims so but I'm always doubtful of anything that include all countries in the European continent as "Europe" (as in, as a whole).

Kai aired all 98 episodes of Kai that I can tell you. The Final Chapters though I don't think so.

No, Kai only aired once on SIC Radical, after that it went back to airing the DB, DBZ and DBGT on Kai's time-slot.

As for the Tagalog dub, I found out that the Final Chapters did air on GMA Network.
