what dvd releases are these

what dvd releases are these

I was browsing through a internet selling site called kijiji(kind of like ebay) and i found this.Except for the image in the image in the corner which is clearly titled "dragon box" I am unsure what dvd releases these are.Can anyone shed some light on this for me? And if so do you think that this is a good buy for $234 and worth the near 5 hour drive from Minto to Halifax and back to Minto.And if these are the dragon boxes please dont call me stupid because I have never seen them before and have no idea what they look like.

p.s.-The poster supposedly says that these dvds contain the complete series

Bootlegs that should be avoided at all costs due to bad video quality, subs, and just overall morality. :?

Bootlegs, my friend. The DB series, DBZ series and all the movies on region free VCDs, probably.

The covers on bootleg DVD's always amaze me. They always have completely random characters, one of these has Cooler, Kid Goku and Raditz. I never understand why they do that, it makes them look so tacky and just puts people off them.

I wonder how many people were disappointed when Raditz didn't team up with Kid Goku and fight Cooler.
