Viz is blocked in my country, so reading DB and other mangas legally are a hard deal. I wouldn't mind paying 2 dollars a moth if it were un-blocked here.

Shuiesha has a similar site that hosts manga. My cousin uses it in UAE so I'm pretty sure it's open worldwide .

I think it's automatically formatted for mobile. I've only used it on mobile and it resizes the pages to fit the screen.

Cool. Can I access old mangas by paying a subscription?

And fitting the screen in the smartphone is nice, but it still gets kinda small to read the speech bubbles. By stretching I mean like extending the image a little (like Tachiyomi does possess) that makes each scene more easily readable.

I've only used it to read the DBS manga. The last three chapters are available for free and I think you have to pay a subscription to read the whole series. I haven't tried Tachiyomi so I'm not sure.

Manga Plus does not have any kind of subscription service, there's no way to read anything they don't give you for free. You'll have to pirate the rest.
